Es gibt auf den Golfplätzen dieser Welt meiner Meinung nach zwei Arten von Golfern. Die, die tragen und die mit Golf Trolley. Ich gehöre irgendwie zu beiden. An guten Tagen trage ich mein Bag ganz gern, aber wenn die Schultern mal zwicken oder ich die Golftasche mit allerhand Proviant für eine lange Runde vollstopfe, nutze ich gerne einen Trolley.
Allerdings ist mein Auto da nicht sonderlich golferfreundlich und wenn mein Bag drinliegt, wird es sehr sehr eng für nen Trolley. Und da kommt der TiCad Star ins Spiel!
Die Firma TiCad hat mit freundlicherweise den TiCar Star, auch Büroklammer genannt, für ein paar Wochen zum Testen überlassen. Das Tolle am Star ist, er passt problemlos auch in den kleinsten Kofferraum, dank seines cleveren Faltmechnismus.
TiCad selbst beschreibt den Star wie folgt:

Und damit ich den Star auch standesgemäß testen kann, habe ich das gute Stück für 36-Loch auf dem wunderschönen Platz des Golf- und Landclub Bad Neuenahr Ahrweiler mitgenommen. Neben dem kleinen Packmaß des Star, fällt auch sofort sein geringes Gewicht auf. Der er auch Titan hergestellt ist, ist er ziemlich leicht und robust zugleich. Und ich muss gestehen, diese Präzision und das saubere „Klick“ beim Zusammenstecken der Teile (Räder) hat mich schon angemacht. Innerhalb von max. 2 Minuten ist der Trolley einsatzbereit zusammengebaut. Allerdings habe ich mich dann doch etwas dämlich beim Befestigen meines Golfbags angestellt. Zugegeben, ich besitze nur ein Carrybag, das nicht so ganz ideal für Trolleys ist, aber nach 5 Minuten Fummelei mit den Befestigungsbändern, saß mein Bag auch bombenfest!
Zusammen sind wir dann über Stock und Stein, Wiesen, Semiroughs und durch kleine Waldstücke gezogen (ich kann ja nicht immer die Fairways treffen 😉 ) und der Trolley lag gut in der Hand.
Und nach der Runde war er ruck zuck wieder verpackt und im Kofferraum verschwunden.
Ich versuche mich mal an einem kleinen Fazit: Was eindeutig für den TiCad Star spricht, ist die Verarbeitung, das leichte Gewicht und das unschlagbare Packmaß! Er ist definitiv ein Spielzeug für große Jungs. Ich persönlich habe gemerkt, das ich mit Push-Trolleys besser zurecht komme, aber das ist geschmackssache.
Würde ich mir den TiCad Star kaufen? Leider nein! Denn mit rund 2.000€ liegt der Trolley nicht in meiner Preisklasse.
